It’s a goal that runs through everything we do at CPW, and an irreplaceable part of that process is listening. So, we asked our clients to tell us how we’ve been doing in 2023 and, importantly, what could be improved.

HOW COULD WE DO BETTER?
We’re always looking for ways to develop what we do, so it’s invaluable to hear any thoughts or suggestions clients have.
Here’s what we heard as part of this survey:
- Frequency of contact – some clients would love to hear from us even more, in between planned review meetings
- With recent market uncertainties clients want to be confident that their investment strategies remain appropriate (rest assured, this is constantly under review)
- Better communication between the wealth team and the tax team
- CPW client portal – clients fed back around ease of access and further information you’d like to see (watch this space, we’ll have some news on this soon!)
